What happens when our internet goes down?
The check-in screen keeps working. Check-ins are stored on the device and sent automatically when the connection comes back; anything that clashes is flagged for review instead of being lost.
Do members need to download an app?
No. The member app opens in the phone’s browser from a link the desk sends on WhatsApp, and can be added to the home screen so it opens like an app.
Can we bring our existing members?
Yes. Upload your member list as a spreadsheet; columns are matched for you, and any rows that need fixing are listed before anything is saved.
Who owns the data?
Your gym does. The owner can download a complete export of members, memberships, invoices, payments and attendance at any time.
We have more than one branch. Does it cost more to manage?
No extra work: every branch runs from the same account, members keep their home branch, and staff are given access only to the branches they work at.
