Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Abmanix handles, why, and how it is protected. Each gym decides what it records about its members and staff; Abmanix stores and processes that data on the gym's behalf.
1. Who is responsible
For member and staff records, the gym is responsible (the “controller”) and Abmanix processes the data for it. For gym owner accounts and platform billing, Abmanix is responsible. Members with questions about their own record should contact their gym first.
2. What we hold
- Members: name, phone, email, CNIC (if the gym records it), membership plans, payments, invoices, check-in times and documents the gym uploads.
- Staff and owners: name, email or phone, role, branches, sign-in history (time, device, IP address) and shifts.
- Technical: security logs and an audit trail of changes, kept to protect accounts and investigate problems.
3. How it is used
Only to run the service: managing memberships and check-ins, sending account emails (sign-in details, password resets) and membership reminders, producing the gym's reports, and keeping accounts secure. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
4. How it is protected
- Each gym's data is isolated at the database level; one gym can never read another's.
- CNIC numbers are encrypted at rest and shown in full only to permitted roles, with every view logged.
- Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. Gym owners use two-step verification.
- Daily backups are encrypted before they are stored away from the live system.
5. Sharing
Data is shared only with providers needed to run the service (server hosting, email delivery), under confidentiality, or where the law requires it.
6. How long it is kept
While the gym uses Abmanix. If the gym cancels, data stays restorable for 90 days, then personal data is deleted; financial records are kept for 5 years where required, then deleted. Security logs are kept for a limited period.
7. Your choices
You can ask your gym to see, correct or delete your data. Gym owners can export their gym's data at any time and can contact us for help with a request.
8. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and note the date above.
