Terms of Service

1. The service

Abmanix lets a gym manage members, memberships, check-ins, payments, staff, branches and reports. Features can change over time; we will not remove a core feature a paying gym relies on without reasonable notice.

2. Accounts and security

• The gym owner is responsible for the staff accounts they create and the permissions they give.
• Keep passwords and authenticator devices private. Gym owners must use two-step verification.
• Tell us at once if you believe an account has been misused.

3. Trial, subscription and payment

• A new gym starts with a free 7-day trial.
• After the trial, continued use needs a paid plan. Prices are shown before you subscribe and may change with notice for the next billing period.
• If a plan is not renewed, the gym becomes read-only: data stays visible but cannot be changed until the plan is renewed.

4. The gym's data

• Data the gym enters (members, payments, attendance and so on) belongs to the gym. We process it only to provide the service; see the Privacy Policy.
• The gym is responsible for having the right to collect its members' data and for its accuracy.
• The gym owner can export the gym's data at any time, including after cancelling, while the data is still kept.

5. Cancellation and deletion

A gym can stop its subscription at any time. A cancelled gym can be restored within 90 days. After that, personal data is permanently deleted; financial records (invoices, payments) are kept for 5 years where the law requires it, then deleted.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Abmanix to break the law, store data you have no right to, try to reach another gym's data, overload the service, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend an account that does, after notice where possible.

7. Availability

We work to keep Abmanix available and back up data daily, but the service is provided “as is”. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Check-ins recorded offline sync when the connection returns.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Abmanix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees the gym paid in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced to gym owners before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
